About The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Intern to support recruiting and light administrative work across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping teams move faster. You’ll work closely with the founding team to coordinate candidates, manage follow-ups, and keep recruiting efforts running smoothly.
This is not a corporate HR role. It’s a startup execution role focused on getting things done.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate candidates and internship applications
- Review and organize incoming resumes
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Support relationships with universities and internship programs
- Assist with light administrative and coordination tasks as needed
What You Should Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working with multiple tasks and priorities
- Interest in recruiting, people coordination, or startup operations
- Reliability and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in recruiting or HR internships
- Experience working with spreadsheets, Airtable, or similar tools
- Exposure to technical or engineering environments
