USAvionix is building a new generation of autonomous ISR aircraft capable of sensing, deciding, and acting in milliseconds without relying on the cloud.
We are looking for a Strategic Projects Intern to support leadership across internal initiatives, marketing coordination, and company projects.
You will work directly with the founders helping coordinate initiatives, organize information, and ensure projects remain on track.
This role combines project coordination, program support, marketing assistance, and administrative support in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll do
- Assist with project coordination and program support across company initiatives
- Maintain project trackers and help ensure initiatives remain organized
- Provide administrative support related to strategic projects and leadership activities
- Help gather and organize information related to industry developments
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and communications
- Support coordination of marketing initiatives, events, and outreach programs
- Help organize documentation and materials across ongoing initiatives
- Work with leadership on special projects and internal initiatives
What we're looking for
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable supporting coordination and administrative tasks
- Interest in startups, emerging technology, or aerospace
- Proactive and comfortable working in a high-autonomy environment
