We’re building a new generation of autonomous ISR aircraft capable of sensing, deciding, and acting in milliseconds, without relying on the cloud.
You’ll define and drive one of the most advanced autonomy products in development today, shaping how aircraft perceive, reason, and operate as a coordinated system.
What you’ll do
- Define product strategy and roadmap across hardware, autonomy, and AI systems.
- Translate mission and customer needs into technical requirements and milestones.
- Partner with engineering to balance speed, feasibility, and product quality.
- Lead planning and prioritization across the Delta (aircraft) and Phalanx (AI) programs.
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly across teams and leadership.
- Work with design and operations to ensure the product experience is cohesive and scalable.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to lead complex technical products from concept to deployment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working across software and hardware disciplines.
- Comfort translating between engineering detail and product goals.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely.
Nice to have
- Background in robotics, embedded systems, or AI products.
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, or GitHub.
- Experience in early-stage or R&D environments.
