USAvionix is building a new generation of autonomous ISR aircraft capable of sensing, deciding, and acting in milliseconds, without relying on the cloud.
We are seeking an Operations Intern to help drive the administrative and operational backbone of our fast-growing aerospace programs. You will work directly with the operations team and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day execution across supply management, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and optimize supply chain and inventory management processes
- Coordinate scheduling for internal teams, meetings, and project milestones
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables
- Track deliverables, update internal documentation, and keep the moving parts around hardware and software builds from drifting
- Support procurement, order tracking, and logistics
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and process automation
What we're looking for
- Final-year undergraduate or master’s student, or recent graduate in business, operations, or related field
- Experience or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and workflow automation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment
